In a recent development in March of 2015, Pioneer bought 60% of Roya and in June 2015 two funds joined Roya namely EgyCap Investment Ltd. and Castle Property Company Ltd.
Thus, the total ownership structure of Roya is 52.2% Pioneer, 34.6% Hesham Shoukri, 8.8% EgyCap Investment Ltd. and 4.4% Castle Property Company Ltd.
